📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
About This Role
Wells Fargo is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to lead a team of Employee Relations Consultants. The manager will support the team in handling requests for consultation on a variety of case types that may include employee performance, attendance, conduct, conflict of interest and disputes received from employees and managers through the case management system.
In This Role, You Will
Manage and develop a high performing team, and assist in the resolution of escalated employee relations mattersEnsure team maintains compliance with internal controls, SLAs, and monitor reporting as well as established role specific training requirementsResponsible for making recommendations and improving current Employee Relations or Human Resources practices and policies across the Wells Fargo EnterpriseEnhance the Employee Relations model through effective consultation and review of data to support business decisions, internal training, and talent assessmentCollaborate and consult with Employee Relations peers, colleagues, and all levels of managementCollaborate with key partners and recommend enhancements to the development and design of policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
4+ years of employee relations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education2+ years of Leadership experience

2+ years of management experienceStrong conflict resolution skillsExtensive knowledge and understanding of human resources practices and policiesExperience using a human resources case management systemExperience with employee relations consultation on city ordinance, state statute, and federal regulation policiesAbility to identify and evaluate trends, isolate root cause, and provide swift/thorough resolutionAbility to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and managementAbility to provide leadership to a virtual or remote teamHighly refined and professional verbal and written communicationsKnowledge and understanding of human resources analytics and reporting
