In This Role, You Will
Support internal and external customers with the objective of extending contacts regarding financial products and servicesGenerate new business from existing or new client relationshipsSupport less experienced Business Lending Relationship Management in interpreting and understanding complex policiesPerform or guide others on complex tasks and initiatives that require planning, evaluation, and interpretationAdapt campaigns to implement strategies and methods to increase efficiency and resultsIdentify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control developmentPrioritize work and provide leadership and mentorship to the support teamProvide technical guidance on documentation concernsEnsure that various segments of the market receive adequate support and coverage to encourage continued flow businessExecute various manufacturer programs and marketing campaignsProvide guidance and subject matter expertise to Business Lending Relationship Management on broad range of information Interact with internal customersReceive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications
6+ years of Business Lending Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
