About This Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Corporate Security Agent in the New York, NY area.

In This Role, You Will

Lead complex security issues including those that are cross-functional with broad impactAct as key contributor in large-scale planning related to preventing or mitigating criminal acts involving company assets, colleagues, or customers for organizationAssist Corporate Security leadership in achieving overall Corporate Security program compliance, fiscal management, and strategic planning with business critical security initiatives with moderate financial or legal impactReview and analyze complex variety of security issues, customer interactions, and fiscal management that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factorsMake decisions in complex situations to security issues requiring solid understanding of security functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsTrain, Influence, and lead less experienced staffCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsDevelop and maintain effective relationships with all levels of law enforcement, business partners, and security vendorsServe as primary business partner contact with Corporate Security, with moderate exposure to internal business partner management

Required Qualifications

5+ years of Corporate Security experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Experience working with and building relationships with federal, state, and local law enforcementExperience in conducting comprehensive investigationsExperience managing high-volume case load, and understanding complex investigative processesPhysical security assessments experienceExperience leading training and conducting site assessmentsAbility to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environmentAbility to proactively manage and mitigate issuesStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyHighly refined and professional verbal and written communicationsProfessional presentation skillsIntermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and SharePoint skills

Job Expectations

Ability to travel up to 35% of the time including weekends and holidays, occasionally with little advanced notice.Ability to work in assigned Wells Fargo office location - when not in the field at other Wells Fargo locations as required for role (e.g., branches, ATMs, administrative facilities)
