In This Role, You Will
Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior managementLead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large scale solutionsProvide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizationalLead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plansStrategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadershipProvide direction to a cross functional team using business expertiseBe accountable for managing large sets of change initiatives that are most complex and typically include multiple systems, crosses multiple lines of business and has process/procedural components to them.Informs and influence sponsors and key stakeholders, senior, and executive leadership to promote success of change initiative, its performance and prioritization.Seek counsel of peers, stakeholders, change leaders and/or product leaders in times of strategically complex or critical ambiguity and adapts planning, communications, and engagements.Communicate frequently to the project team, sponsor, portfolio sponsor, portfolio leader, product leader and stakeholders while maintaining cooperative, motivated, and successful teams.Assist managers with coaching and developing junior level team members.Incorporate regular and appropriate consultation with steering committees, oversight groups, executive leadership, sponsors, product manager/leaders, business, and other stakeholders to validate change initiative's success viability, and sustainability.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Experienced and trusted advisor to LOB stakeholders able to contribute independent perspective and anticipate their needsExperience developing detailed delivery plans with clear deliverables and timelineAbility to effectively lead, partner with and successfully influence senior executives and other stakeholders at all levels across the matrix organizationChange management, execution and implementation skills for large scale complex programs or products across multiple lines of businessProven strategic, analytic and problem solving experienceProven ability to be a thought leader, developing innovative and pragmatic approaches to support business executionProcess Improvement experience3+ years Agile and Product transformation experienceExperience working with compliance or corporate risk teamsExperience with presenting to Sr. LeadershipKnowledge of audit, regulatory compliance, and risk managementAbility to lead within a matrix environmentAbility to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountabilityExperience working with internal and external auditors and examinersAbility to work independently.Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities.Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders. Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner.Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Demonstrate ability to drive work forward. Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Job Expectations
