Support Analyst

Come join us! WellSky is seeking a Support Analyst to join the Client Experience team. In this role you will be responsible for providing both procedural and technical support related to the clinical, billing, and training aspects of our software application. Our goal is to ensure that our clients feel supported and can focus on providing care to the populations they serve.

A day in the life!

You will be responsible for the following

Support user-facing applications in a fast-paced environmentProvide superior client service and ensuring outstanding qualityTroubleshoot and document software operationsComplete thorough documentation of issuesEnsure the required response and resolution times are metCollaborate with and support other team members

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experienceRelevant exposure in customer serviceProficiency with MS Office and Windows OSExperience with cross-functional collaborationA strong desire for learning and professional growthMust be able to work a shift between the hours of 7am-7pm CST
