📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Wellspring is seeking an experienced and energetic licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Psy.D, or PhD) who is interested in an opportunity to work in a high nurture, long-term therapeutic residential program serving adolescent girls and adult women in a peaceful private school environment.
ResponsibilitiesJob includes individual, group and family therapies for residential students, participation in our therapeutic programming and collaborating with members of both the clinical and educational teams. Supportive collegial supervision with a flexible schedule.The caseload is five or less clients their families. The adolescent girls and adult women who come to Wellspring typically present with issues that stem from, but are not limited to: victimization, anxiety disorders, PTSD, mood disorders, personality disorders, adoption issues, substance abuse in partial remission, and school avoidance. Interest and experience with these issues and family systems is desired.
