Human Resources Coordinator

West Coast Trial Lawyers is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process and supporting our HR department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about talent acquisition and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

ResponsibilitiesSchedule and coordinate interviews, including conference room reservations and candidate communications.Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for various positions within the firm.Maintain and organize the interview calendar to ensure timely and efficient scheduling.Assist in conducting initial screenings and assessments of candidates to evaluate their suitability for specific roles.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidates in our internal database, tracking their progress through the recruitment process.Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to ensure a smooth and seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and managing departmental workflows.Provide administrative support to the HR team,Provides clerical support to management.Performs other duties as assigned.

RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Eagerness to learn and grow within the legal industry.Proven experience in HR coordination or related administrative roles
