The team's broad goal is to develop a platform to organize and simplify the company's business workflows in the mortgage lender environment. We are a successful and growing team focused on developing software that will power the company's changing needs. Our Data Services Engineering team is looking for a passionate Staff Engineer with a solid background in Software Development. We utilize proven enterprise-class architecture, design, and technology stack to build components and foundation frameworks. Being part of this Data Services Engineering team, you will have a chance to work with a diversified and hardworking team, and have opportunities to innovate, seed ideas, and show significant impact on the products we deliver.
What We Are Looking For
What you will do
Design, implement, document, maintain and support technical solutions for applications. Collaborate with your partners in engineering, technology team, information security, and product management to understand requirements, and turn those requirements into carefully designed and well-authored quality code. Participate in design, code review, and code management. Utilize web front-end and back-end technologies to analyze, design, develop, and unit test both non-consumer facing and consumer-facing applications, with high quality and on schedule.
What You Will Need
6+ years of experience in designing and building highly available and scalable applications with C# in .NET, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core or MVC. 6+ years of experience in data modelling and implementation with Transact SQL (T-SQL) / SQL Server. Understanding of modern source control technologies such as GIT. Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, TeamCity, Octopus, or Jenkins. Team player, strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong time management skills. Hands on experience with web front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React is a plus.
What Will Really Catch Our Eye
BS in Computer Science or equivalent field, with 4+ years of related professional history. Fluent in C# and T-SQL / SQL Server. Strong communication and time management skills. Proven ability to deliver working solutions on time.
Compensation: Salary range for new hires is generally $116,065.00 - $136,547.00 for Westlake Village, CA. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned and restricted stock.
