Western Reserve Area Agency on Aging (WRAAA) is a private non-profit corporation designated by the State of Ohio to be the planning, coordinating, and administrative agency for federal and state aging programs in Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, and Medina Counties. As one of twelve Area Agencies on Aging (AAAs) in the state, WRAAA collaborates with local service provider organizations and the Ohio Department of Aging (ODA) to develop systems of long-term services and supports (LTSS). The agency's mission is to create opportunities for older Ohioans to age successfully in their own homes and communities.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Sourcing Specialist located in Cleveland, OH. The Talent Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for analyzing talent needs, communicating with candidates, negotiating contracts, and managing the recruitment and procurement processes. The role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and expertise in contract negotiation, recruiting, and procurement.
