📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Mechanical and Radiation and Protection
Instructor - Maintenance - Palisades, MI
Long term contract
Provide industry instructors who have current training experience and qualifications. Key task assignments will include: a. Revise and deliver classroom lesson plans that meet all current site training requirements.
b. Revise and deliver laboratory training lesson plans and evaluation guides that meet all current site training requirements.
c. Develop or revise required evaluation materials as needed throughout the program, this may consist of written exam questions, DLAs, and laboratory evaluations.
d. Conduct student reviews and follow up meetings to meet program requirements in supporting the monitoring of candidate performance.
e. Respond to any instructor feedback received from management observations conducted on sessions they supported.
Who You Are
High School Diploma
6 years Commercial Reactor Operations OR
6 years Commercial Nuclear Power Plant Engineer OR
6 years operational nuclear power plant instructor
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in science/engineering
Previous Reactor Operations, with a license OR
Previous Commercial Nuclear Power Plant Engineer OR
Previous INPO certified nuclear power plant instructor
