Job Description
Wet Willie’s, a rapidly expanding daiquiri bar/restaurant chain, is seeking an experienced manager for multiple locations. Some of the duties of a Wet Willie's manager include the following:
Responsible for the day to day operation and profitability of your assigned location. Accomplishes restaurant human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures as determined by Wet Willie's corporate management. Controls costs by reviewing portion control and quantities of preparation; minimizing waste; ensuring high quality of preparation.

Requirements
Managers of Wet Willie's must have a varied skill set and meet these minimal job requirements:
Minimum of three years of previous restaurant management or related experience Working knowledge of Micros POS system is preferred Strong math skills and hospitality management related degrees are strong ranking factors Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written) Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor Willingness to re-locate is preferred but not required
