Weverse America Inc. is looking for an experienced Community Manager (English/Spanish Bilingual) who will be responsible for managing community communications within Weverse and other social channels for the LATAM market. The role will involve building and fostering a positive community environment, managing social content calendars, and collaborating with other teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a keen understanding of online communities and social media trends.
This role will directly report to the VP of Operations.
Responsibilities
Build new communities and monitor existing communities within Weverse and Reddit/Discord and represent a voice for the community by providing comprehensive reportsCreate engagement within the community through promotional and marketing meansWrite a copy that aligns with the voice/tone of a projectBuild and maintain social content calendars per projectPost and schedule assets and engage in community management in Weverse channels on a daily basisAssist with any analytics and reporting needsStay up to date on new social media trends and jokes, best practices, competitive activity, and other social media leaders to best leverage technology and trendsOrganize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awarenessCoordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency
Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish2+ years of community management experience specifically in entertainment, music, gaming, or related fieldPrior experience and/or strong understanding in digital marketing preferredDiscord, forums, and/or community tools experienceOrganized, detail-oriented, efficient in managing multiple competing deadlines and able to prioritizeBonus points for interests in entertainment, kpop, music

Salary Range Expectations
$70k - $75k Annually
The salary range stated above is determined by role, level, and location referenced in the job posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by experience, skill sets, and organizational needs. Weverse America, Inc. expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Only in exceptional circumstances where a candidate has experience and expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position would Weverse America, Inc. consider paying a salary near the higher end of the range.
