The Overnight Hotel Manager oversees all Front Desk, Housekeeping, Loss Prevention and Engineering associates on the third shift (overnight). Come work at the Austin Marriott Downtown, a chic urban retreat in the heart of Austin featuring over 600 iconic guest rooms, a rooftop pool with breathtaking views, two-level lobby bar, a signature restaurant (Corinne), and a rooftop tropical bar with tiki cocktails (Zanzibar).

Act as the manager-on-duty for overnight associates.Ensure guest satisfaction and flawless quality and presentation.Oversee and enforce compliance with processes and procedures.Manage an efficient, well maintained, safe and guest-first environment.Execute leadership tasks such as financials, payroll, scheduling, etc.
