Building Supervisor - Residential/Commercial

Established company in the Property Management industry seeking an experienced Building Supervisor to focus in areas of facilities, maintenance and emergency services for the growing company.

Job Function

Prepare and update payroll and attendance reports Arrange coverage for day cleaners who will be absent Coordinate with the day shift foreman or day shift lead cleaner on snow removal operations as wellas any other emergencies. Review additional jobs and review call-outs with the night area manager and arrange for coverage Review all complaints and tenant requests. Review periodic work schedule Inspect supply rooms and locker rooms. Place orders for supplies to the purchasing department Inspect uniforms, including shoes. Inspect cleaning carts to ensure all bottles are labeled and carts are clean/in compliance. Ensure all equipment is in compliance. Request work tickets as needed Prepare incident reports and follow the incident reporting policy thoroughly

Job Requirements

Experience in the facilities management industry Experience with vendor/tenant relations. Must be knowledgeable in technical skills regarding cleaning methods, procedures and products. Must meet deadlines, effectively communicate with Management, follow and implement company procedures and policies with little supervision. Must be professional and have excellent customer service skills.
