Our prestigious client is has two job openings for Call Center Managers to join their team. This ideal candidate will be empathetic and able to set, meet, and exceed goals by providing both staff and customers excellent service and motivate their team to do the same using key metrics. Potential to become a permanent member of the team down the line!

Wednesday - Sunday: 4PM-12AM
Saturday - Wednesday: 11AM-7:00PM
Job Function
Developing objectives for the call center's day to day activities Conducting effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, technology, etc.) Collecting and analyzing call center statistics and reporting upstream. Preparing reports for different departments or upper management. Monitor telephone handling and other procedures.
Job Requirements
High School Diploma or GED Required. 3+ years of Call Center Management experience, legal preferred but not required. Empathetic with excellent communication skills
