📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Large, well-established international organization based in PA is looking to hire a Financial Reporting Accountant to work closely with their SEC Reporting team on a hybrid schedule (only 2 days in office each week)!
Job Function
Preparation of financial statements and disclosures Preparation and filing of all financial reporting with SEC, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K Research accounting and technical memos Assist in maintaining internal controls
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, with 3- 5 yrs. Public Accounting experience CPA (or CPA candidate) and exposure to SEC reporting Proficiency in Microsoft Office application suite
