HR Director - Growing Manufacturer

We're working with a growing client in the manufacturing space as they look to hire a stand-alone HR Director In Westchester County to lead and manage all aspects of HR for roughly 165 national employees. Job Function

Competently manage all aspects of HR including Employee relations Talent acquisition Benefits management and administration, including coding invoices to the general ledger Payroll management and processing Talent management and training initiatives Employee engagement This position reports to the CFO and will partner closely with Finance, as well as other executives and managers Evolve the HR function beyond compliance, towards a true business partnering and advisory capability Identify and implement solutions to create improved operating efficiencies

Job Requirements

5+ years of HR management experience Technical expertise across all aspects of HR from payroll and benefits to employee relations, talent acquisition, and talent management Must have experience working in a multi-state manufacturing environment Bilingual Spanish is not required, but definitely preferred Experience working with ADP Workforce Now is preferred Must be able to work onsite 5 days per week
