Privately held Real Estate Owner and Operator is looking for an experience Managing Director of Property Management to oversee growing national portfolio of industrial real estate complexes. Annual salary up to $250,000 and benefits offered!
Job Function
Utilize familiarity managing a team of 20+ Property Managers in regional offices across Northeast and Southeast Setting process and procedures for the division using strong work ethic Raising reports, CAM reconciliation, lease negotiations and management among other responsibilities Software usage: Yardi, Microsoft Suite, Excel Ability to meet with outside investment groups and represent the company at any industry events
Job Requirements
Proven track record of working your way up from property management position to portfolio management - MUST have hands on experience Yardi, Microsoft Suite, Excel experience Knowledge of capital improvement work
