Vice President - Marketing & Communications

WhiteCap Search is looking to fill a VP of Marketing job in NYC for a growing Financial Services Institution. This key role is will work across multi-channel marketing to continue to drive the business. Salary range is $160,000 - $220,000 to commensurate with experience.

Job Function

Developing and implementing a strategic integrated marketing plan with measurable goals. Working on branding strategy to continue to build the brand and engage new clients Focusing on Return on Investment and working through budgets and anticipated costs Directing the implementation of all advertising programs using a multi-channel approach Communicating with Senior Leadership and Stakeholders to create buy in on marketing campaigns Driving performance through a variety of channels using data-driven analysis Staying current on best practices and emerging marketing technologies

Job Requirements

A minimum of 6 years marketing leadership experience utilize a multi-channel strategy A minimum of 3 years out of financial services or related industry Experience working through Acquisitions and brand integration Stellar communication skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Excellent analytical skills Bachelor’s Degree
