📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Whiteford LLP is seeking a mid-level associate with 3-6 years of experience to join the firm’s Nonprofit and Associations practice. This position may be located in any of Whiteford’s offices.
Legal experience as it relates to representing tax-exempt organizations is strongly preferred. Additional experience with contracts, governance, corporate structures, component/affiliate relations, licensing, membership programs, and lobbying compliance/reporting is a plus. Candidate should be admitted in jurisdiction of practice.
