Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst with a focus on Collateral and Settlements to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial products and experience in configuring and managing financial systems.

Responsibilities:Lead the gathering and documentation of both functional and non-functional business requirements.Facilitate workshops to derive detailed business needs and translate them into system specifications.Plan and execute comprehensive test strategies, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Manage the lifecycle of testing for various system updates and releases.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to refine business processes and solutions.Perform in-depth analysis of business processes, proposing optimizations and innovative solutions.Document all processes, configurations, and solutions thoroughly.

Skills and Experience:Minimum of 4 years of experience with Calypso financial systems, ideally including configuration of Static Data Filters, Reports, Workflows, SDIsProficiency in managing modules related to collateral management, cash management, and settlements.Familiarity with a variety of financial instruments such as FX, derivatives, and listed products.Strong background in agile and iterative project methodologies, with hands-on experience in using Jira.Excellent analytical skills and the ability to integrate detailed tasks into larger project objectives.Effective communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at various levels.Demonstrated ability to work independently on complex projects, with a keen attention to detail and a holistic view of business objectives.
