Duties:- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities- Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media content- Assist with the planning and execution of advertising campaigns- Manage social media accounts- Spearhead prospecting and research efforts- Create 3D tours, take photos/videos, and design promotional materials for listings including floor plans, brochures, landing pages, and more
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field- Ability to work independently and self-report progress- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and platforms- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills- Some understanding of the real estate industry and related verbiage, and an interest in learning more.
