About the Job William James Recruitment is pleased to present this opportunity for an Insurance Litigation Attorney to join a leading international firm in the firm's New Jersey office.
Litigation Attorney – up to $220,000
The Role
Our client is a large global law firm with offices across America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia and has one of the largest dispute resolution practices following successful mergers.
The firm’s Litigation practice is looking to recruit an experienced litigation attorney admitted to practice in New York, to assist with complex international disputes across its different sectors including marine, construction, and commercial in the firm’s US offices’.
The team’s recent work includes advising US and foreign insurers in high-value and high-profile insurance coverage disputes relating to property damage and business interruption loss in the US state and federal courts.
The Litigation department acts on claims of all sizes, handling complex coverage litigation, arbitration and mediation concerning multimillion pound/dollar claims.
The Candidate
3 + years’ experience in Litigation / ArbitrationAdmitted to practice in New JerseyExcellent team member, able to give feedback and manage othersAble to develop client relationships and business development
