Electrical Engineer (III or Sr)

As an Electrical Engineer, you will conduct technical and economic evaluations, performance testing, design and construction of new and existing facilities, and research on new developments, applying your strong understanding of industry and operational requirements. Taking initiative and anticipating customer needs will make you a stand-out player. Confidence in presentation-making and the ability to work independently and as a team leader are also vital in this role!

Responsibilities/Expectations

Accounts for a diverse range of sophisticated assignments requiring the use of experience, innovation and judgmentMay supervise the work of othersDemonstrates technical expertise in a specialty, geographic area, or operational function and applies specialized knowledge in the effective completion of large-scope projectsPrepares and delivers presentationsAnticipates internal/external customer needs; assesses requirements and identifies solutionsInterprets internal/external business challenges and improves products, processes or servicesCollaborates with teams to ensure compliance, build improvement plans and meet training needsChampions processes, procedures and safety standardsMonitors and controls costs and resources associated with projectsOther duties as assigned

Education/Years of Experience

Required: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Engineering field from an accredited college or university, OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology in a relevant field with Professional Engineer (P.E.) license; A minimum eight (8) years of multifaceted engineering experience in the natural gas or petrochemical industryPreferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and minimum seven (7) years of progressive engineering experience in the natural gas or petrochemical industry and PE Certification
