📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Wilson Elser’s San Diego office is currently seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys with 4+ years of litigation experience to grow in their careers with one of our firm’s national client service teams by taking on substantial litigation responsibilities.

Qualifications
JD from an accredited law schoolAdmitted to practice in California4-6+ years of experience in commercial litigation, including breach of contract, D&O, and trade secret litigationExperience with MSJsExperience with complex factual patterns and legal argument, such as nuance with contractual interpretations and breach of fiduciary duty claimsAbility to handle discovery disputes with minimal supervisionAbility to take depositionsCorporate Governance experience is a plusLegal project management experience is helpful
Responsibilities
Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to endWork closely and collaborate with other attorneys and partnersRegularly handle court appearances and depositionsCommunicate with clients and provide status reports

The annualized salary range for this position is $135,000 to $170,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
