Wilson Elser's Houston office is currently seeking a Senior General Liability Associate Attorney.
This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys with litigation experience who are looking to expand their skillset and experience with an international fast- paced law firm.

The Position
Qualifications
JD from an accredited law schoolMust be admitted to practice in the state of Texas8+ years’ experience with insurance defense litigationExperience with general liability, first party property, labor employment, premises liability, and product claims preferredMust have experience with motion practice and depositionsTrial and trial preparation experience is a plusSuperior written and oral communication skills
Responsibilities
Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to endWork closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projectsRegularly handle court appearances and depositionsCommunicate with clients and provide status reports
