Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for planning and overseeing the delivery of innovative data analytics solutions, specifically in focus areas of data readiness, conversion, retention, and archival/purge associated with an HCM implementation. Delivers innovative business improvements through data to both new and existing processes. Proficient in leading medium to large sized projects.
Competencies• Contributes to the development of data analytics strategies, governance, and structures required and translates those strategies into tactical initiatives, and delivers value added results.• Major contributor to the development and maintenance of the data analytics roadmaps and standards across HR.• Anticipates, researches, formally plans, and educates others on data analytics trends, benefits, and risks while effectively communicating the value and opportunity of emerging technologies.• Has a deep understanding of business requirements and ensures that the data analytics architecture is appropriate for, and aligned with, those business needs.• Performs complex database administration, analysis, problem solving, implementation and documentation.• Is proactive in evaluating emerging technology developments and assessing when and how to incorporate new technologies into the data analytics architecture.• Guides and consults with a cross functional HR team to ensure that all data analytics solutions are developed in line with the current data analytics architecture. Drives decision making in their area to move work forward.• Coordinate efforts to collect information, identify subject matter experts and stakeholders and access documentation.
Education and Experience• Bachelors degree, or equivalent experience, is required.• Typically requires a minimum of six (6) - to eight (8) years of progressive, relevant data analytics experience.
