About Us: We are seeking a talented and creative Communications Specialist to join our team. As a Communications Specialist, you will play a crucial role in crafting engaging stories and presentations that resonate with a wide audience. We value individuals who can move away from corporate jargon and transform complex information into compelling narratives.
Responsibilities:Create and deliver ongoing stories, updates, and reviews that align with our communication strategy.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop Business Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews.Utilize PowerPoint to design visually appealing and informative presentations.Develop templates and snapshots for various communication materials.Craft engaging email communications.Contribute to website content to enhance our online presence.Assist in creating SLT (Senior Leadership Team) presentations that captivate our stakeholders.Work closely with leadership to help them convey their stories effectively.Provide a bigger and broader picture that aligns cohesively with our goals and objectives.
Requirements:5-10 years of experience in executive communications, storytelling, or related fields.Ability to communicate complex information in a clear and engaging manner.Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and email communications.Proactive and self-motivated, capable of working independently.Familiarity with PM certifications or PM methodologies is a plus.Adept at understanding project details and reporting to leadership.Adaptability to pivot and prioritize tasks as needed.Mid-level experience preferred; not seeking candidates with decades of experience.
Primary function is strong data visualization and design background. Then turn that content into magic within PowerPoint. Level of Executive maturity and communication.Embed within the business. Sit back, listen early on and see initial content and then work quickly to turn that into the right polished deliverable. Lots of being on calls/meetings with Bryan Belmont. Visual storyteller. Take the garble and how to turn it into something great and visual and consumable. Executive Presentations.Partnering with rest of comms team to build out library of talking decks, Get included earlier in the process versus the last mile.
