Finance Manager

Responsibilities: Ensures all financial operations are in compliance with governmental rules and regulations.Assists with company financial forecastingProvides guidance to managers in financial reporting objectives and standards to ensure accurate compliant and useful financial reporting is produced.Oversees the budget process and works with managers to produce and manage effective budgets.Acts as an advisor to management on regulations and other matters that may impact the financial activities of the company engaging with outside consultants if applicable.Oversees the collection and analysis of financial information for an organization.Assists with financial auditsAssists with ad-hoc analysis necessary for company leaders and project managers

Requirements: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a financial operations position Bachelors degree in accounting/finance is requiredFull knowledge of accounting AP, AR, PR, Billing, and Project Set-Up technical experienceStrong Costpoint/Cognos skills Strong analytical and reconciliation skillsExperience working in a government contracting environmentStrong experience with MS Office Suite, especially Excel EEO Employer:WinHub LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer. The annual salary range for this position is $88,476 to $132,400. Actual compensation will depend on a range of factors, including but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, location, other business and organizational needs, and applicable employment laws. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
