Winmark Corporation is a premier, nationally recognized franchisor of over 1270 resale retail stores in North America, including Once Upon A Child®, Plato’s Closet®, Play It Again Sports®, Music Go Round® and Style Encore®. As a Marketing Manager you will support the marketing function for Winmark’s award-winning brands by assisting in the development, management, and implementation of multichannel marketing programs to drive franchisee sales and maintain integrity of the brand. You will facilitate effective communications internally and externally with vendors. You will be a trusted advisor to franchise owners on annual marketing strategy, with an emphasis on digital marketing channels, to ensure successful marketing programs, and more.
Primary qualifications for the Marketing Manager role include:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or relating focus3-5 years hands-on marketing experience in both traditional and digital channels - including social media and management of outside resources and vendorsExperience in digital and social marketing including strategy, execution, and analysisStrong understanding and awareness of established and emerging digital and social marketing practices, concepts, and proceduresExcellent leadership and communication skills, including strong presentation skills
