Office Intern (Residences at Pine Knoll)

WinnCompanies is searching for a dependable and enthusiastic Office Intern to join our team at The Residences at Pine Knoll, a residential community located in Princess Anne, MD.

This is a great opportunity to learn career skills, money management, while gaining professional experience and building your resume. You will be exposed to maintenance, construction, finance, property management, and resident services.

Please note that this is a temporary, part-time position, which is not eligible for Winn benefits and will work 24 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Perform administrative duties in support of the department.Assist in special projects.Perform ad-hoc clerical tasks.Provide support in functional areas of the department.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in high school or college program.Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.Interest in property management.Good verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work with a diverse group of people and personalities.
