Position Title: Customer Service Representative Position Description Responsible for front-line communication with customers, consumers, and Sales Representatives by providing superior customer service. This dynamic team member will quickly process sales orders and answer customer product or service questions. This experienced representative will establish and maintain positive business relationships, internally and externally, to promote company goals. A significant level of interpersonal and communication skills is required for success in this role. Essential Functions/ Responsibilities Expert in answering phone calls and customer emails to address customer concerns in a professional, efficient, and caring manner Contact clients and agents to provide sales, product, pricing, and inventory data as required by sales team Support in managing the accuracy, availability, and data integrity of inventory across all business systems Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills Microsoft Office Proficiency - Emphasis in Excel Time Management and Organization Skills with Attention to Detail Ability to Work Without Close Supervision Commitment to Team Environment Physical Demands Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs Education and Experience 2+ years' customer service experience High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred NetSuite Experience (Preferred but not Required) Schedule Monday-Thursday 8:00AM-5:00PM Friday 8:00AM-2:00PM Benefits (full-time employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days) Health Insurance Paid time off Paid Holidays SEP IRA (after 3 years) Compensation Non-exempt, hourly employee. Wage dependent upon experience.
