Position Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for analyzing and overseeing construction projects on behalf of the company. The duties include research and analysis of opportunities presented by business partners, coordinating with company leadership to conduct risk assessments, and maintaining beneficial relationships with clients, suppliers and other business partners.

Normal working hours: 8:30 to 5:00 pm but on call 24/7 in case of emergenciesBased in Rosemont, but frequent travel required to Wintrust locations, mostly in Chicagoland and Southern Wisconsin

What You’ll Do

Plan and control costs while ensuring timely project deliveryCoordinate ongoing maintenance and inspections to comply with all relevant laws, codes, and company policiesProvide critical analysis of architectural drawings and product specificationsPay invoices, and analyze operating statementsPrepare annual and project budgets and report on financial performance regularlyManage on-site staff, and vendor and contractor relationshipsAddress complaints, violations, and problems

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 7-10 years of experience related to Retail and Commercial Office DevelopmentMust be an excellent communicator and able to scope and juggle multiple projects of various sizes and complexityClear understanding of commercial construction processExperience with Workday, Excel, Construction Software, Prolog, Procure & Microsoft Project or equivalentNice to have: Industry-related certifications and awards
