The Senior Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of credit relationships in the Private Equity Sponsor Finance Group – including overseeing the gathering, analyzing and underwriting private equity-owned business for the purpose of issuing, extending, amending, reviewing, monitoring and testing a commercial credit facility.

What You'll Do

Oversee the underwriting of a wide variety of transaction types including leveraged buy-outs, dividend recapitalizations, refinancings, amendments and modifications to credit facilitiesManage financial modeling and enterprise valuation work for new and existing credit relationshipsManage and grow existing customer relationships with businesses that generally have $20M to $150M in revenueLiaise between all parties to ensure timely and efficient analysis that meets the expectations of the Borrowers, Lenders and Administration Team

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fieldMinimum 8 years' leveraged lending experienceExperience in identifying documentation risks, addresses, and/or negotiating to resolution with the ability to determine went to elevate risk situations to appropriate individualsEffective time management skills with the ability to balance multiple prioritiesStrong executive presence and presentation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
