Responsibilities
Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home-buying process when neededCall clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratingsProspecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new businessHandle all aspects of MLS and marketing listings, such as completing listing paperwork, posting to MLS and social media, and implementing a marketing plan to ensure quick sales
Qualifications
1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry Ability to work on your own and motivate yourselfTeam player who believes their success is the team’s successShows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologiesBe a licensed real estate agent.Be ready to dive into an extensive training program that is designed for success.Be ready to work in an exciting and energetic atmosphere!
