To spur economic activity in the rural Caribbean and East African Countries.To implement scholarship and health programsTo provide programs to strengthen the role of women that ensures their long-term sustainability and fosters growth and independenceTo advocate for change that benefits the status of women and girlsCollaborate with the Womenful Voice team to develop event concepts and themes that align with our organization's goals and objectives.Plan and organize online events, including webinars, panel discussions, workshops, and virtual conferences, from conception to execution.Coordinate with speakers, moderators, and participants to secure their involvement in events and ensure a seamless experience.Manage event logistics, including scheduling, agenda creation, platform selection, and technical setup.Promote events through various channels, such as social media, email newsletters, and partner organizations, to maximize attendance and engagement.Monitor and evaluate event metrics, such as attendance numbers, participant feedback, and impact on key performance indicators.Provide post-event analysis and recommendations for improvement to enhance the effectiveness of future events.
