📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Job Description
The SAP Tech is responsible for working directly with the business to review SAP notifications, plan, schedule and assist with completion of work activities in the SAP application. The SAP Tech will work with Project Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to create, plan, schedule, and complete tasks in SAP and will also interact with Finance, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain and Vendors.
This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong analytical, communication, computer, and problem-solving skills. Some experience in SAP and knowledge of the oil and gas industry is preferred.
Location: Seminole and Sundown, TX
Contract Duration: 12 months subject to extension

Responsibilities
Task planning and workflow coordination for multiple Crafts
Attend daily Plant meetings to ensure work is captured for planning and schedulingPlan, prioritize and coordination of both corrective and preventative work utilizing input from Operations and Craft LeadershipDetermine manpower, equipment and materials required for effective and efficient completion of planned workAssignment of both in-house crafts and outside resources for effective and efficient completion of planned workScheduling of planned work based on PSM requirements and production riskCoordination with Global Supply Chain / Warehousing around components and spares requirements for upcoming workMonitoring of budgeted cost/timing progress for scheduled workGeneration and distribution of KPI reports (work order completion, equipment failures by type, work order planned vs actual cost, etc.) utilizing information from the CMMS (SAP)
Qualifications
Experience in SAPWorking knowledge of MS Office, Excel and SAP systemsGood at math and statisticsStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication abilitiesHigh school diplomaData analysisTechnical reportingStrong analytical skills and ability to apply analytical results
