Field Install Technician
📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Woodbridge Home Solutions is a nationally recognized home improvement company with over 34 years of industry experience. We are currently looking to add a Field Technician to our DFW Service Team. The Field Technician is responsible for working to complete warranty on home exterior projects (siding, windows & doors, bathrooms, and kitchens) and other assigned tasks associated with the needs our customers. This position reports to the DFW Service Manager at our HQ in Dallas, TX.
Responsibilities
Meeting or exceeding service/operational goals while providing an exceptional customer experience to both internal and external customersCall customers to schedule service as neededEffectively fix or repair customer’s needs associated with our installed products in their homesDrive company vehicles obeying all traffic and driving regulationsUtilize professional communication when communicating with customers both in person, on the phone or via text.Communicate promptly and efficiently with Service Manager and others as needed to share challenges or needs from homeowner’s projectWork directly with homeowner to solve any service challengesUtilize technology as needed to complete communication and service orders in LeadPerfection.Demonstrate high level of positive energy towards Team and customersDeliver agreed to results in the areas of safety, quality, timelines, customer communication and satisfactionProvide high level of customer service to our customers
Qualifications
Home remodeling, renovation or construction experienceExperience installing or repairing siding, windows, and doors is a plusStrong communication and customer service skillsProfessional, organized and detail-orientedValid driver's license and clean driving recordPre-employment background checkHigh School Diploma or equivalent
