Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a B2B Cabinetry Warehouse Supervisor in Sayreville, NJ. As a B2B Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse facility, ensuring timely and accurate shipments to customers, managing inventory levels, and ensuring safety compliance per OSHA regulations. You'll also manage a team of warehouse personnel and communicate with sales representatives and office team to ensure all orders are processed efficiently while providing exceptional customer service.
ResponsibilitiesEstablish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse operationSupervise warehouse personnel, oversee day-to-day warehouse operation and ensure the safe use of warehouse equipmentMonitor workplace assembly performance and lead training initiatives to improve cabinet assembly efficiency and qualityCommunicate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate shipments to customersCommunicate with office manager and office associates for customer pick-ups and deliveriesMaintain equipment, machineries and tools on a timely basis to ensure all company properties are under safe working condition.Interview and train new warehouse personnelMaintain a clean, tidy and safe warehouse working environmentOrder warehouse supplies when neededPerform all warehouse personnel’s duties when needed
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field3+ years of experience in warehouse operations managementStrong leadership and team management skillsDetailed knowledge of warehouse and inventory management principlesExcellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and customersOSHA certification or equivalent knowledge of safety regulationsAbility to prioritize tasks and manage time effectivelyMust be detail-oriented and have strong problem-solving skillsAbility to lift and move heavy objects up to 75 pounds as neededAbility to operate forklift, order picker, turret truck and other warehouse machinery[Plus] Spanish speaking
