Overview of the Role:Our client is looking for an Account Director to play a critical role in the success of their Sales Team as they focus on delivering results to customers at the highest quality. This team is tasked with proactively building and implementing ideas to make Customer Services even better.
As part of the team, you will:Conduct in-depth research on prospectsUsing proprietary Sales Tools to contact and convert leads into clientsContacting potential clients via email to establish rapport and set up meetingsReach out by phone and hold quality conversations to generate qualified prospectsProvide complete and appropriate solutions to boost revenue growth and profitabilityPresent, promote, and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customersEstablish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Key qualifications and skills to succeed in this role
