What you will be doing

Monday- Friday First Shift

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Inventory management of packaging systems and componentsUnderstanding principals of cold chain managementGel pack inventory managementReusable packaging refurbishmentUnderstanding WC operating systems including WorldStar and OpstarSafe handling of dry ice and shipment replenishmentManaging On Hold and ‘Not OK to Send’ shipments according to proceduresForklift certificationUnderstanding TempTale device proceduresIssuing airline airway bills for domestic and international non-rev shipments and return packaging assetsComplete GxP documentation logsIdentification of shipping documentation requirementsIdentifying product keeping temperature and replenishment needs

What your background should look like

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Understanding of WC operating systems including WorldStar and OpstarForklift certification

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS

Professional demeanor.Ability to multitask.Good organizational and communication skillsGood computer skills
