What will you be doing?

The Project Manager manages key client projects. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. The Project Manager oversees all aspects of projects, sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors, and reports on the progress of projects.

Responsibilities

Manages the day-to-day customer interaction, operational, and tactical aspects of multiple projectsUnderstands and manages key project financial components to ensure projects are delivered within budgetExcellent understanding of financial processes; ability to understand, analyze and create financial reportsEffectively manages to the triple constraint, Time/Cost/ScheduleDevelops and manages a detailed project schedule to track progress, variance and critical pathDemonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills; Monitors and reports on project progress to stakeholdersLeads internal resources and third parties/vendors to successful execution of projects. Proficient in creating and executing a communication planEffectively manages stakeholder relationships. Including: the customer(s) and all internal and external stakeholders for the successful execution of projectsDemonstrates a high-level of customer care and satisfactionImplements engagement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with our methodologyEnsures profitable and successful execution of all engagements as measured by regional goals and customer feedbackMinimizes exposure to risk across multiple projectsProactively manage changes in project scopeReviews high-level deliverables across projects

Qualifications

A minimum of five years of Project Management experienceBachelor’s degree preferredWorking knowledge of both the theoretical and practical aspects of project management, in a technology industryProven experience with people management, strategic planning, and change managementDemonstrated leadership in providing project deliverables as assignedFamiliar with risk management techniques and terminology such as probability/impactUnderstand difference between a risk and issue, and skills required to drive risk and issue resolutionAbility to work independently and aggressively track to project timelinesExcellent documentation skills and attention to detailAbility to communicate well with customers and co-workersExperience in effectively influencing and leading internal and external teamsStrong team building skillsExcellent problem solving, and critical thinking skillsDemonstrated communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)Proficiency with project management softwareProject Management Professional (PMP) certification through Project Management Institute (PMI) preferred
