The Opportunity

You will be responsible for overseeing the controlling activities of the Mobility and e-Transactional Services UK entity. The position will report to the Controlling Director and will work closely with other finance functions, such as accounting. This role will involve implementing financial disciplines in areas such as cost control, budgeting, and forecasting.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

You assist the Controlling Director in communicating reports to senior executives, partners, and board members.You develop implement financial reporting systems to align with government regulations and legislationYou supervise all financial transactions to have them accurately recorded, filed, and reportedYou run monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecastsYou support month-end and year-end close processYou collaborate with auditing services to ensure accurate compliance with all regulationsYou develop budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reportsYou conclude financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities and advising on ways of improving business performance

Degree in accounting, finance, business management, economics or university with a major in FinanceYou have 3-5 experience of financial reporting systems and procedures You master the use of software such as SAP / Iris / Clarity / Excel / BI / Finance reporting toolsA previous experience in Financial Controlling / Audit will be a “plus” Fluent in EnglishYou are known for your strong analytical skills.You are result oriented and focus on quality of deliveryCreative approach to problem solvingEnthusiastic, self-starting with a positive outlookAbility to communicate and interact in matrix / multi country environmentStrong team playerAbility to influence and convince
