About The Team

The International Platform Acquiring Team are responsible for the transaction lifecycle from Authorisation through to clearing, settlement, billing, and reporting. Globally distributed to facilitate the coverage required to meet the customer demands and service levels.

What You Will Be Doing

You will be responsible for the day to day running of the Authorisation platform running on HP Non-Stop servers with ACI’s Base-24 Classic in house modified software. You will be engaged in all ITSM disciplines, including incident and problem investigations, change and request fulfilment. You will be working closely with Operations, Engineering, Relationship Management and Customer Success teams. You will be on-call providing support to the service in the event of an incident.

Investigate and resolve incidents and find root cause of problems within Service Level Objectives / AgreementsFollow planned releases and other changes, plan and implement changes in the production environmentMonitor the platform and improve alerting and observabilitySupport projects and workstreams in the Authorisation serviceAssess and identify automation and efficiency improvementsComplete compliance, audit, and mandatory training

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree~ Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related technical degree. Will consider an additional 6 yrs of experience in lieu of a degreeBase24 experience of 7+ yearsExperience with Base24 NCPCOM, OBYDALCI, PATHCOM, PATHWAY, SCUPAdditional experience with HP Non-Stop TACL, SQL, ISO 8583, APACSCard Payment Processing Business KnowledgeITSM knowledge

The pay range for this full-time position is $87,430.00 - $146,880.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
