Job Summary - ParalegalWe are looking for an experienced paralegal and result-driven leader to join our growing team. As a paralegal on our team, you will have responsibilities with both clients (health care providers) and candidates (healthcare professionals immigrating to the USA). With clients, you will assist them navigating the immigration process, supporting them to hire a variety of different types of healthcare works on various visa types.The position reports to the Director of Legal services. Within the organization, the position has primary working relationships with the legal team, internal client managers, members of our team in the Philippines and with clients.

Reports To: Director of Legal Services

Principle AccountabilitiesCorrespond with potential clients during the intake process and maintain regular communication with existing clients for active cases;Primary work is with EB-3, H1B, OPT, TN, F1 and F2 visasPrepare immigration petitions and responses to Requests for Evidence, Motions to Reconsider, Responses to Notices of Intent to Deny;Oversee and lead various projects and deadlinesMaybe required to research unique legal issues by identifying applicable statutes and judicial decisions

Qualifications Required:NC Paralegal CertificationAssociate’s Degree PreferredAt least two years of experience, Immigration Law preferredSolid writing and verbal communication skillsMust be organized and detail orientedAbility to effectively multitaskAbility to adhere and meet strict deadlines
