📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
WOW is currently looking for a driven and energetic outside sales representative to join a global organization. The role is based in Arlington, Texas, and you will be working in the energy renewable space.
As a sales representative, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing and maintaining strong long-term relationships with customers, and generating new business. You will work to satisfy customers' needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner, and drive a positive customer experience.

About the role
Play a pivotal role in shaping new business strategies and ensuring the seamless onboarding of new clients.Drive the development and attainment of sales KPIs.Emphasize growth and enhancement of existing client relationships while actively pursuing new business opportunities to drive sales and sustained expansion.Maintain consistent communication with prospects and clients.Contribute to the formulation of sales forecasting, revenue, and closure strategies, aligning with established goals for the designated geographic market.Cultivate enduring business relationships that culminate in successful sales transactions.Formulate and implement both short-term and long-term market strategies and objectives in collaboration with customers.Identify and address prospect and customer needs effectively.
About you
2+ years experience in sales.Proven track record in managing key accounts.Proficiency in sales techniques for maximizing results and customer retention.Strong communication and relationship-building skills across organizational levels.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with effective problem-solving and negotiation skills.Previous experience in the solar industry.Proficient in Microsoft Suite (word, excel), G Suite (Google Drive, G-mail, G-Calendar), DropboxExperience in Oracle Net Suite (preferred)
