Wrike is looking for a Lead Revenue Operations Analyst to join our RevOps team within the GTM organization.

How You'll Make an Impact:

Provide operational “run the business” support for each GTM functionTrack ongoing delivery against GTM strategy and OKRsWork closely with GTM leadership to drive actions and track progressLead deep-dive root cause analysis on specific, high-priority business challengesPartner with Finance, Data, Systems, and other teams to develop and improve regular business-critical reportingProject manage and prioritize key cross-functional initiativesOther support including quota and capacity planning and administration, compensation design, conflict resolution against RoE, GTM transformation initiatives, etc.

You'll achieve your best if you have:

5+ years of experience in a Sales Finance, business operations, or sales operations role, preferably at SaaS companies with a B2B sales motion; or experience in similar growth or operations roles in a dynamic environment.Strong problem structuring and written / verbal communication skillsYou love using data to drive insights and business decisions; familiarity with SQL and data query/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Domo)Ability to influence without authority and strong stakeholder management skillsAdvanced spreadsheet and modeling skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to scope and deliver projects independently end-to-endExcellent communication and critical thinking skills to understand GTM policies and processes

The range above reflects the pay scale that Wrike reasonably expects to pay for the role. The pay scale will also depend on various factors, such as job duties and requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Pay scales are reviewed each year.

$130,000 — $140,000 USD
