Job Description We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction project from start to finishCoordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and suppliersEnsure that all work is completed according to plans, specifications, and local building codesMonitor and control project budget and expensesConduct regular inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are metCommunicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineersResolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction processMaintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial constructionStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulationsExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and documentsProficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management softwareOSHA 30-Hour certification preferred
