Job Description As a Commercial Roofing Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of commercial roofing projects in the Boise area. You will work closely with the project management team to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your duties will include but are not limited to
Supervising and coordinating roofing crews and subcontractorsEnsuring that all work is completed safely and in compliance with OSHA regulationsManaging project schedules and budgetsConducting regular site inspections to ensure quality controlCommunicating with clients, project managers, and other stakeholdersResolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of a project
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofingProven track record of successfully managing commercial roofing projectsStrong leadership and communication skillsKnowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standardsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and specificationsValid driver's license and reliable transportationBilingual is a plus
