Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative with a True Hunter mentality to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in commercial roofing sales, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with property owners, managers, developers, and other key stakeholders in the industry.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial roofing market in the Los Angeles area.Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, managers, developers, and other key decision-makers.Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.Collaborate with the internal sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial roofing sales.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.Strong knowledge of the commercial roofing industry, including products, services, and market trends.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
